Are you guys familiar with these interviews by Oprah on XM radio? They are also on her website. You can use the drop down list to listen to some fascinating people. One of my favorite teachers and incredibly interesting person is Byron Katie. What she calls "The Work," has helped me untangle many uncomfortable feelings, especially in regard to my son's issues.Check out Oprah's Soul Series.

Yes, that's true, isn't it? We could "reframe" that name. How about The Solution or Relief Worksheet. Sara Breathnacht (sp) called it Excavating I think.
I like the Soul Series because you get more questions asked by Oprah that you might not get answered in the book.
Love the Soul Series! Totally need to get XM radio in my house and/or car!!!
