Quirkiness or Toddler Phase?

I don't know why Liberty doesn't understand that you have to take your clothes off to get into the bath. He just took a bath, got into his pajamas, and them apparently got the bright idea to go and get all of his planes, trains, and automobiles and get back into the bath with them. Behind him you can see something silver. That is the cheese grater from the kitchen gadget drawer.

Sigh.

Some things are just beyond my understanding, I guess.

Well. The cheese grater is shiny and cool looking - like a toy. We swim in suits. Makes sense to me.

Keep on keeping on. He'll figure it out.

Part of his charm? Stop asking "why" and start asking "why not?" Then fall into the peace of "I don't have room on my give a damn plate for that."

It's not easy, but it gets easier! Liberty will show you one of life's hardest, most profound lessons, "Who cares?" It's liberating! Get it? Lib-erating!

You're right, of course, Carrie. And, I have often thought of how fitting his name is, liberating me from lots of attachments. Depends on what glasses I am looking through that day.

I gotta get a new perspective - that quote will help!

DM - didn't think about the suit thing.

Gotta keep that camera around more I guess, casdok! Could make a cool scrapbook.

Very cute picture.

I love Carrie's comment. Everyone could use a good dose of "Who cares?"
